Call for papers
To submit a paper, an abstract of minimum 2, maximum 4 pages, in PDF format, must be electronically submitted by September 14th 2007.
A paper template is available for download. Authors are responsible for formatting. All fonts must be embedded.
Authors of accepted papers will be required to submit a final paper of 6 pages in PDF format, for publication in the Workshop proceeding, until December 5th 2007.
Author Instruction
Each paper in the Proceedings of the TARGET Days 2007 Event will be published from a file uploaded by the author using the link to the submission site (Submission, ISMOT'07 website).
All manuscripts have to be formatted according to the available Paper Template and electronically submitted in PDF format.
The strict deadline for Final Manuscript submission is: September 14tt 2007.
The Final Manuscript maximum length is 4 pages; longer papers will be truncated or excluded from the Proceedings.
The maximum final file size is 1.0 Mb; larger files will be arbitrarily reduced.
The authors are responsible to verify the legibility of the uploaded Final Manuscript version.
Manuscript File Preparation:
- Prepare your manuscript according to the template. Do not add header or footer, neither page numbers.
- Embed all figures and captions within the text.
- Ensure legibility; simplify all figures and tables and maintain uniformity of style throughout.
- Then generate the .pdf file format setting:
- embed all fonts
- subset embedded fonts when percent of characters used is less than 100%
- cancel job when embedding fails
- always embed Base 14 fonts
Manuscript File Submission:
- Use the Paper Submission link (ISMOT'07 website)
- Select Authors
- To submit a new paper, select abstract submission interface
- Compile the forms and upload you file. You will receive an email to confirm submission succes, with logind data required if you wish to upload the version
- To re-upload an already submitted paper, select paper submission interface (you will be required to log with username and password received by email
