The laboratories of TARGET partners represent some of the best equipped labs in the world of microwave device characterisation. Their expertise covers all the key technologies upon which transistors are based – ranging from Gallium Nitride HEMTs to Silicon CMOS FETs.
To allow industry and academia outside TARGET benefit of its characterisation capabilities, it offers measurement and fabrication services in organised virtual labs. A virtual lab is dedicated to a certain measurement or fabrication topic and comprises different labs participating in TARGET.

Due to the legal situation of TARGET, TARGET can only act as a consultant and an agent to direct a customer to the best suitable lab for its measurement needs. The final contract will be made between the customer and the organisation performing the measurements.
